Very Swiss. Excellent breakfast with wonderful and variable Swiss cheese to choose from. The staff are considerate and readily helpful. Staying in the hotel is an inseparatable part of experiene in Alps Switzerland. By the way, you will be given the most receipt upon your checking out that bears the picture of the hotel. It is a lovely souvenir from the staff which will easily become a piece of sweet memory.

The location was perfect, with so much to do in the area. The hotel was run by such a lovely family who made us feel so welcome. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the beds were comfortable. The best part was the amazing sunset views from the patio, where we spent evenings sipping wine and enjoying the breathtaking vistas. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with fresh rolls, meat, cheese, muesli. We also had the pleasure of experiencing local Swiss musicians who played a few nights a week, adding a unique and delightful touch to our stay.
While the prices at this hotel were modest for Swiss standards, it is no secret that Switzerland in general can be quite pricey compared to the rest of Europe. However, the serene and peaceful location, 5 km off the main road, made up for it.

Quiet Bernese archetecture surrounded by farms just outside of town. Friendly helpful staff. Worked well as a base to visit nearby areas. Good reataurant. Easy parking. A very enjoyable place to stay.

What a great find! the hotel was located in a stunning area, making it easy to explore and take in the beautiful surroundings. Despite their lack of English, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the breakfast each morning was delicious, consisting of freshly baked bread and a selection of tasty local cheese.
the lack of soundproofing made the noise from the road and passing cars quite loud, which was a downside to an overall pleasant experience.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. They provided laundry service, which saved us time and money, so we had more time to enjoy the sites in the area. There was a restaurant on site and the breakfast was ample and tasty.
I was disappointed that they didn't have any internet hook-ups.

Staff was very friendly, exceptional view over the the mountants, fresh country side air and very nice kitchen. We had nice breakfasts and lovely dinner. They know how to cook.
It was a corner room , so we had a room under the roof, where ceiling uses a room space. Telephone didn't work either. Other than that it was pretty good.

Very clean, well maintained large rooms, beautiful view from the rooms with windows across the entire length. Excellent breakfast, fresh pastries, fresh fruit. Friendly and helpful staff, family atmosphere.
Over the weekend, celebrations and weddings, can operate a restaurant on the ground floor are very noisy and continues into the early morning hours. Rooms are not sufficiently insulated from the ground floor.
